  1. Sheila –

Love this collection of tips! I find that I need such a little arsenal as no one thing is my “magic pill.” Just as importantly, there are some days where I really, really need that good laugh and others where a great yoga session does it for me. Thanks for putting all these ideas in one place!

  2. Sheila – You’ve help me reframe “exercise” that is so awesome. From now one I will be doing joyful movement like: walking, dancing, yoga. I’m not quiet up for acro yoga yet, but it does look fun.

  4. Sheila,
That acro yoga looks amazing. I think I would have to get my practice a little more evolved before I could try acro yoga, but you have inspired me. I love the idea of reframing the idea of exercise as joyful movement! I, like many, think of exercise as a negative or something I have to do, but there is no way to have a negative charge around joyful movement. Thanks for the tips! ;-)

  5. Wonderful tips. These are really, really great. I’m going to bookmark these and come back when I get stuck. Thanks so much for putting these together and assembling such fun in one place.

I also love to play with my dog. That perks me up right away. Instant joy.
