Gina Sandgren lives in Moorhead with her teachers: the three amazing souls of her husband and best friend, Ross; her 14 yr. old daughter, Sommer; and her 10 yr. old son, Devon. Her professional life has encompassed healthcare administration, writing, self-employment, raising her children full-time and volunteering. Currently, her heart sings when sharing the benefits of mindful living by helping others create a daily quiet practice as a meditation/mindfulness instructor. She articulates this as a contributor for the soon to be released book, “Inviting Dialog”. She loves the idea of spending time dancing, singing, reading, movie-going, traveling, being artistic, journaling and creating order out of chaos. She experiences pure bliss when they actually happen.
Biggest challenge: Taking life too seriously.
Greatest joy: Aha moments and chocolate covered peanuts!
Gina strives everyday to parent with compassion, judge less, see the good and live mindfully in an attitude of gratitude. She borrows her motto from Gandhi: Be the change you want to see in the world!!!!! .
